ALL EMPLOYEE'S HAVE A FOOD HANDLER'S CERTIFICATE. WILL NEED TO COME BACK AFTER 48 HOURS TO CHECK ON ALL VIOLATIONS. WILL NEED TO GET A PASSING SCORE WITH NO CRITICALS.

Observed food service employees to be handling ready-to-eat foods without minimizing direct hand contact with the food product. Bowls were found in flour & chicken base in dishwashing area. Food employees shall avoid direct contact with ready-to-eat food whenever possible and, to the extent possible, shall handle ready-to-eat food only with suitable utensils such as a deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, or single-use gloves. 750.280 Next Inspection
14  Observed the following improper food contact surfaces. 1. Cutting board has a lot of knife grooves in them & in main cutting board. 2. Rusty shelves found in the walk-in cooler.
